1. Digital Products (Templates & Downloadable Files)
All sales of digital products (including downloadable templates, documents, and code packages) are final. Due to the nature of digital files, we do not offer returns or refunds once the product has been delivered or downloaded.

2. Custom Writing & Standardized Document Services
For custom writing or standardized document services, we do not offer refunds once the project has started. However, if you are not satisfied with the draft, we offer up to two rounds of reasonable revisions based on the original requirements.

3. Errors or Delivery Issues
If you experience a technical issue or did not receive your product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at jamesbai2030@gmail.com. We will promptly investigate and resolve the issue.

4. Exceptions
In rare cases where a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
